I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Margaret Wilkins and I am a birth worker, photographer, and mom living in Central Illinois - relocating back to my hometown Indianapolis Fall of 2025.

My path as a birth worker led me to my passion for photography back in 2020 when I started taking photos for my doula clients and realized that I wanted to do this more full time. The only thing I love more than supporting families in labor and postpartum, is capturing it through photography!

The birth and postpartum spaces are very sacred - and as your photographer, I understand how to be a comforting and understanding presence, focusing on your needs while creating some magic and delivering the most beautiful photos I can to you.

In my free time, I am typically with my fiancé and my daughter Iris, but I also love gardening, traveling, antiquing, watching old movies, & trying to find creative outlets! I am always game to try something outside of the box so if you have an idea for a session that isn’t listed on my site, feel free to reach out and ask!
